I want to share my heartfelt testimonial about Oriental Remedies at the Jurong East branch. I'm Linda Kazan, and I've been grappling with topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) for three challenging years. My journey here began through my sister-in-law's recommendation. During my first visit in 2021, I initially struggled, and even though I faced difficulties with my skin worsening and lost some vision due to the withdrawal, Therapist Jeff became my favorite, always supportive. I had to take a lengthy break to cope with the difficulty of moving and traveling, especially after undergoing cataract surgery. But in 2023, I returned to utilize the remaining treatment packages, and I'm delighted to see that Therapist Jeff is still providing her exceptional care, despite the departure of the previous physician. Now, I'm receiving bi-weekly treatments with Physician Foo, who has been incredibly attentive. One aspect I truly appreciate is the negative ion therapy, a calming 20-minute session that's included in the package. It has been immensely beneficial for me. I'm still on my recovery journey, and although the Jurong East branch is a bit far for me, the comfort of having Therapist Jeff attend to me is invaluable. She's not only a skilled therapist but also provides insightful advice, showing immense patience and understanding throughout this journey. The staff at the branch are wonderfully friendly, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere. Absolutely, I wholeheartedly recommend this branch to anyone seeking healing and compassionate care. 🫶🏻

I visited the Oriental Remedies JW clinic a few times. The physician is awesome! Very professional and patient when doing consultation for my cough, phlegm and sore throat. Have been with them for less than a year for body aches . Physician Foo is able to prescribe the suitable medication and acupuncture and I have also seen therapist Mandy for ELT treatment. After few sessions I feel great improvement in my body and I feel my circulation has improved as well as easier movements. I would highly recommend Physician Foo and therapist Mandy as they are friendly and able to recommend suitable lifestyle and diet accordingly.

I was hospitalized previously and due to some complications, I wasn’t recovering well from western medication. I found oriental remedies online and was attended by physician yap. Physician yap was very attentive, patient and did a proper diagnosis. After few sessions of TCM acupuncture treatment combined with Chinese medication and eLC, I have been able to pass bowels in the morning normally and my condition has greatly improved. I would definitely recommend physician yap to any other guy patients who are more comfortable to discuss their medical condition with a male physician.
